What time is check-in time? 

Check-in time at the Hotel is 3 pm onwards.

I want to check-in before 3:00 pm as I will arrive in Calgary early morning. Can I check-in earlier than 3:00 pm?

Checking-in earlier than 3:00 pm will be subject to availability upon your arrival. Our hotel will be more than happy to keep your luggage in the lobby until your room is ready. However, if you wish to secure your early check-in, please book a room one night before, and you will be able to check-in earlier than 3:00 pm.

What time is the check-out time?

The official Hotel check-out time is 11 am.

I want to do a late check-out as my flight is late at night. Can I check-out in the afternoon on my check-out date?

Checking-out later than 11:00 am will be subject to availability. Please confirm with the front desk on the morning of your departure.

Do you accept cash/debit deposit?

The Cash/ debit card is charged for room charges and the incidental/ damage deposit of $250. The deposit would be returned at check out.

Is Reception open 24 hours?

Yes, Reception service is available 24 hours.

Do you have a free airport shuttle service?

No, Due to COVID-19 pandemic shuttle service is unavailable at this time.

If I make a reservation, is it refundable or non-refundable?

Reservation conditions depend on the rate selected at the time of booking. The policies are mentioned along with the rate information.

What is the Hotel’s cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy is mentioned on the Rate selected at the time of booking and is followed accordingly.

Will my credit card be charged before my arrival?

The credit card would be pre-authorized before/upon arrival for the room charge along with $ 250 as incidental/ damage deposit. The incidental/ damage deposit will be returned at check out.

Is there a swimming pool or gym at the hotel?

Yes, there is a heated swimming pool, hot tub, & dry sauna. There is a full-service gym on-site that is available for all hotel guests to use at no extra charge.

Is it possible to have a child’s bed in the room? If yes, what is the price?

Cribs are available on a request without charge.

Do children stay for free? 

Additional children 12 and under are free of charge. Any other child or adult will be subject to a $10+ tx. additional per night.

Is your hotel pet-friendly?

No.

Do you have a restaurant?

We do have Red Oak Kitchen & Bar and Red Oak Lounge in our Hotel.

Do you have WiFi in the Hotel?

Yes, we have WiFi available at no extra charge.

Do you have parking spaces?

Yes, we do have outside parking and a large lot for buses & vehicles with small trailers.

How much does the parking cost?

Outside parking is for free.

Do you have smoking rooms? 

No, All guest rooms, balconies, parking lot, common areas, and public areas are 100% non-smoking, and we ask that you refrain from smoking in the hotel premises. There is a smoking area available outside the front lobby.

Can I leave my luggage?

Yes, You can leave your luggage prior to check-in time at the front desk. We keep the baggage up-to 2 hours prior to check-in and after checkout free of charge. We do not keep overnight baggage.

Is breakfast included in the price?

The buffet breakfast at the restaurant is included in the rate. Please note the breakfast is served at defined hours.

Do you have any adjoining rooms/connecting rooms?

Yes, we do. To book these rooms, please contact us before you make reservations to check availability.
